My wife and I were looking to replace our 15-year-old tankless water heater with a new one. (See attached photo.) We only contacted 5-star rated Google/Yelp water heater companies in our area. All four companies I contacted got back to me promptly; however, only one company stood above the rest: Water Heater Solutions.
I received a text message from Alex from my inquiry. She later called me to get more information and details about what I was looking for. Though this first interaction was short with her, her warm, humble, and caring attitude was appreciated. Alex was so easy to talk to. You do not find this personalized type of service often today. She was so nice, patient, informative, and answered all my questions. Throughout this process from start to finish, I’ve communicated with Alex several times by text message or by phone. She has been wonderful and very helpful through each communication.
After I provided Alex with the details of what I was looking for, she transferred me to Drew, who is the owner of Water Heater Solutions. At the time, I did not know Drew was the owner; I thought he was one of the technicians. Same as Alex, Drew was personable, knowledgeable, nice, and informative. Drew provided different options (tankless vs. Bradford White heat pump water heater) along with price points. After speaking to Drew, I asked if he could send a technician to provide me with an estimate.
Arthur arrived at my home the same day. Arthur was great, so down-to-earth, humble, and nice. He was knowledgeable, skilled, courteous, professional, and respectful. Arthur took the time to clearly explain in detail our options, answering all of our questions. We’ve experienced other contractors who have come to our home who have been rough around the edges, not so nice, and unprofessional. Arthur was just the opposite. After looking at our current setup, we decided to go with a 65-gallon Bradford White heat pump water heater and not another tankless. Arthur explained the benefits of a heat pump water heater and the energy savings and efficiency these heaters provide. He and Drew also stated there were currently $6,700 in instant rebates for this Bradford White water heater through the TECH Clean Program and Golden State Program, along with a $2,000 tax credit for the 2025 tax year. We could not pass up these 2 incentives.
Arthur arrived the next day to complete the installation. Arthur again took the time to explain in detail the operation of the new water heater. He showed me how to program the water heater with the different settings and explained what each setting meant. He also helped me set up the app for my iPhone so I can control the water heater functions from my iPhone. Arthur did a great job on the installation (see attached photo).
We always have primary contractors for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, etc. I live in a community with many seniors. They often come to my wife and me when they need contractor services for their homes. The same goes for our family and coworkers. After this great experience with Water Heater Solutions, they will now be our primary plumber and water heater company. I was looking for a replacement 40-gal gas water heater, met Drew from the company through a Navien tankless website authorized referral.
Drew presented me with my options, not pressuring me in any one direction. Gave me an introduction to Bradford White's heat pump water heater, something I knew nothing about. After our meeting and some 'Google' research, we decided on the heat pump water heater. The best place to locate it was from a hallway closet to the garage. During our conversation, I expressed my desire to install an electrical subpanel and Drew's company offers licensed electrician services.
Long story longer, they installed the heater relocating it into the garage with a subpanel and a recirculation pump. Staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Did a great job and did a thorough cleanup afterwards 👍. Highly recommend this company.

Alex and Carter came and helped us fix several major issues quickly and professionally. We had a major sewer clog that they were able to quickly come out and run a camera to find the problem. We had a quote the same day. The next day they came and cut into the slab, replaced the damaged section, repaired the concrete, and cleaned everything up the same day. The day after that they came back and replaced our old water heater for us.
All work was quick and professional, and everything was clean and running perfectly afterwards. 10/10.

Had a 14-year-old Navien tankless water heater breakdown. Called Water Heater Solutions on a Friday night and Drew took my call with pleasure. Drew came out the next morning at 5:30 AM (at my request) and performed a diagnosis on the water heater. Turns out there were a few parts that needed replacing and because the heater was already 14 years old, I decided to replace the unit with a new one. Daniel the water heater installer showed up at 8:30 AM that same day to remove the old heater and install a new one. By mid-day I had hot water again. Daniel did a fantastic job at refitting the gas, water, and exhaust connections that were already there from the previous heater.
